The end of the semester is not just a time for reflection but also for inspiration! Students from our International hospitality management and Hospitality and Culinary Arts programs recently had an incredible opportunity to experience the real-world operations of the hospitality industry. They visited two renowned hotels in the Varna Tourism RegionGraffit Gallery Hotel and Hotel Horizont.

This field trip was part of their Hotel Operations Management module, where students learn how to plan, organize, and lead hotel operations. By witnessing how theoretical concepts come to life in actual practice, our students gained invaluable insights that they will incorporate into their future projects and careers.

We are especially grateful to our guest lecturer, Georgi Tomov, a seasoned professional in the hospitality sector, who shared his expertise and practical advice throughout the semester and during this visit. The students were inspired not only by the professionalism and innovation of the hotel teams but also by the chance to ask questions and receive guidance from industry experts.

At VUM, we pride ourselves on delivering not only top-quality theoretical education but also real-world opportunities for our students to learn from the best in the field. A heartfelt thank you to Graffit Gallery Hotel, Hotel Horizont, and Georgi Tomov for their collaboration and dedication to shaping the future leaders of the tourism and hospitality industries!
