| Vocational qualifications The Department of Modern Education (DMO) at the Varna University of Management (VUM) organizes courses in various fields. | | |

| Teachers and heads of educational institutions wishing to acquire a professional qualification degree (PKS from the 5th to the 1st) can apply and take an exam in the city of Dobrich. |  | • A fee of BGN 15 is paid for receiving documents at the VUM |
| The organization of the preparation and taking of exams is carried out by the Department of Modern Education (DMO) at the Varna University of Management (VUM) through contractual relations with the Department of Information and Teacher Training (DIPKU) at the Thracian University, Stara Zagora. |  | • The term for acceptance of documents in the town of Dobrich is from 01.06.2020 to 17.07.2020, from 13:00 to 17:00. |

| Time: 09-11.06.2017 Abstract: The course is suitable for primary teachers and teachers of informatics and information technology. Aims to give basic preparation for teaching the subject Computer Modeling in 3rd and 4th grade. The main possibilities of the visual programming environment Scratch will be considered, as well as the creation of interactivity with Makey Makey. In the process of teaching, teachers will create didactic materials for the curriculum. Prerequisite is basic computer literacy. Deadline for enrollment: June 2, 2017. Start time: 10:00 am on June 9, 2017, Deadline: 4:00 pm on June 11, 2017. Two qualification credits are awarded for the training. | | | An application for participation in each of the workshops is submitted by 17.00. on the specified date in the form of the address: <a href=”http://url.itbg.eu/423657″> http://url.itbg.eu/423657.text </a> Applications are accepted until the group is filled of 12 participants and at least 5 enrolled students! After discussing the applications, DMOM sends an official invitation to the candidates included in the Workshop. The workshops are held in the building of the Varna University of Management in Dobrich, and each student is provided with individual computer work. Those who wish can bring their own or business laptops. Subscribers will receive instructions by email for preparation. At the end of the workshop the participants will have made real products suitable for their pedagogical work. Facebook groups will be set up for ongoing communication and support. Successful completion of the Workshop is done through independent implementation of a practical task and sharing in the group. The Department of Modern Training Methods certifies the successful completion of the Workshop through a Certificate for additional training and awarding credits. Participation Fee: The participation fee for each training is BGN 80. | Time: 17-18.06.2017 Abstract: The course is suitable for teachers of all specialties. Introduction to online tools for creating an electronic lesson, opportunities for design and publication. In the process of training, teachers will create electronic content suitable for their pedagogical practice and will have the opportunity to publish it on a website. Prerequisite is basic computer literacy, skills for working on the Internet, pre-prepared didactic materials in digital form (text, video, images, useful links) in connection with a lesson in the specialty.
