Throughout the admissions process, Varna University of Management strictly adheres to the regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria. Following the interview, applicants who do not hold an internationally recognised English language certificate will be required to sit the VUM online English examination.
Applicants who successfully pass the previous step will receive a conditional offer of admission, an invoice outlining the applicable fees, and detailed information regarding the payment terms and conditions.
If you believe that the admissions procedures were not properly followed, you have the right to submit an official appeal.
Appeals must be sent in writing to the Director of the Admissions Department at siyana.smoletsova@vum.bg.
Please note that the results of both the admissions interview and the English language test are recorded and retained as part of each applicant’s official dossier. These records may be reviewed and reassessed by the Director of the Admissions Department when deemed necessary.
