What i learned
My internship was held in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach. I was jubilant to be part of one of the best Bulgarian teams in the hospitality industry. No amount of education and theoretical knowledge about hospitality could relate what I’ve learned on the job, where I was dealing with real customers and situations. I have learned how to communicate with different people, how to be loyal and tolerant in difficult situations with them

It was a pleasure for me to spend my intership in Slovenia, Portoroz and be a part of Kempinski Hotel chain. It was an unforgettable experience where i applied the theory, which we are learning at university, in practice. My first intership gave me clear understanding on how managers should work in F&B department.
