The Program Director of the Culinary Arts Institute (CAI) at the Varna University of Management (VUM) – Varna, Chef Hugues Boutin, Chef Instructor Kaloyan Kolev and our Graduate student Valeriia Rogovaia will represent the Culinary Arts Institute, during the 2021 Varna Wine and Food Festival.
The 9th edition of the festival is organized by the Bulgarian Association of Sommeliers and Wine Connoisseurs and the Bulgarian Association of Culinary Culture, in partnership with the Municipality of Varna, and will be held on June 13 and 14 at the Sea Casino Complex – Varna.
The chefs from the Culinary Arts Institute will prepare for you a fantastic three-course menu, which will be served in the Gourmet Zone “Restaurant” on June 14 and this dinner will be paired with an amazing selection of wines worthy of connoisseurs.
The event has an entrance ticket, which can be purchased on the spot.
