On November 26, 2024, an inspiring Internship Conference was held at Varna University of Management, organized by the university’s students. It brought together leading professionals and students interested in culinary arts, hospitality, and tourism careers.

The guest speakers included Chef Hugues Boutin (Director of Culinary Art Institute), Vesselina Dimitrova from the Career Center, a representative of Atlantica Hotels, and VUM students Vasilena Nankova, Ivana Dimitrova, and Pavel Arefev. The event featured motivating lectures and Q&A discussions about career opportunities in the tourism industry.

At the end of the event, there was a special bartending demonstration by Boris Banchev, a VUM student and award-winning bartender. He prepared a red sangria, perfect for the fall season, which impressed the attendees and concluded the forum with inspiration and new ideas.
