Applications for the 2022 edition of TETRIX, recognized as the largest Guinness World Records (GWR) business research competition, are already in full swing. The competition consists of 60 questions divided into 4 phases, the first two of which are online. In this issue, for the first time, candidates will be able to choose a “career direction” during the second phase and will focus on topics that are in their comfort zone. The semi-final and final phases, in which participants are judged by prominent figures in the sector (called Senseis), will take place at the VTEX office in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) on 5 and 6 November. This is the fourth edition of TETRIX. In 2021, more than 154,000 participants from 84 countries will join – a record number of entries, thanks to which it won recognition from the Guinness World Records. Last year, women made up more than 64% of the total number of candidates. The final phase of the last edition, held in Rio de Janeiro, was won by the Chilean Francisco Accident. And the final challenge involves 24 finalists from 8 different nationalities.

“For the first time this year, young people from Bulgaria who are interested in developing in the digital world can join the competition. Upgrading skills and constantly acquiring new knowledge are more crucial today than ever. I believe that with the opportunity to participate in TETRIX we will open many new paths for realization, as well as the inclusion of young people in the international community of innovators, “said Kiril Dinov – Vice President of Trade at VTEX for Eastern Europe.

The winner will be introduced to the latest in digital transformation through visits to major technology companies and participation in events and seminars dedicated to technology.

The challenge fosters the development of the digital ecosystem by building a valuable network of talents ready for the future. These companies also have access to the participants who have stood out the most and are looking for hiring opportunities in the future.

“The exchange of cultures, ethnic groups and ideas provided by TETRIX has made the challenge increasingly relevant for the digital market. “Inspiring, stimulating and developing talented young people is essential for accelerating the pace of digital transformation in companies and for building a world in which opportunities for development are shared among the different communities that make up our ecosystem,” said Mariano Gomide de Faria. founder and co-executive director of VTEX.
