Varna University of Management has hosted an advanced training course in academic research and education “Strategies for Modernisation of Higher Education in the Context of a Globalised World”. Academics from several Ukrainian universities (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kharkiv National Academy of Municipal Economy, Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University and Kherson National Technical University) took part in the activity.
The programme was designed in a way to enhance the active communication and cooperation between the participants. Working in groups they have created educational programmes in the context of the Global Education, designed individual and organisational strategies for development and modernisation, and crafted beautiful motivational posters. Exploring the topic on the interactive teaching tools and approaches, we have closed the final day of the training with a virtual performance and a round of applause for the great work.
