23 representatives of universities from Moldova and Ukraine are visiting Varna University of Management in Varna. The study visit is part of the project “Integrating Dual Higher Education in Moldova and Ukraine (COOPERA)”, implemented under key activity 2 “Capacity building in higher education”, ERASMUS + program and will continue from May 30 – 1- June 2022. The visit is part of the project activities aimed at supporting the integration of dual higher education in Moldova and Ukraine.
During their three-day visit to VUM, our guests will learn more about practice-oriented training. The focus will be on bachelor’s programs in culinary arts.
In addition to the conference program and training panels, guests will spend a day in the kitchen of the Culinary Arts Institute (CAI), where they will conduct practical classes under the guidance of professional CAI chef instructors.
The VUM curriculum combines higher education and workplace practice in one of the 200 partner companies. Thanks to this, students gain both academic knowledge and professional experience during the period of study.
