Varna University of Management, Dobrich, hosted the national individual chess cup “Zlatna Dobrudzha”. The competition started on 20 May and continued until 22 May. The president of VUM, assoc. prof. Todor Radev, welcomed the participants and wished them success.

23.May.2016 The chess cup was attended by over hundred boys and girls (aged between 8 and 10) and by Chess Classic Dobrich 1 – Open, with no age and gender limits. The participants came from 15 Bulgarian cities, as well as from Romania, Greece and Spain. Among the participants there were winners from the prestigious European and national championships.
Such a prestigious competition is held in Dobrich for second consecutive year. VUM is a preferred host for events of this type because of its modern facilities, appropriate conditions and well-trained professionals.
