In the beginning of December the official ranking of Bulgarian Universities for 2023 was published by the Ministry of Education and Science. We are proud that Varna University of Management maintains its first position among Varna universities in the fields of “Tourism”, “Administration and Management” and “Economics”. Moreover, the university is more than successful at the national level, taking 2nd place in Bulgaria in the field of “Tourism”, 3rd in “Administration and Management” and 4th in “Economics”.

This result shows that it is not the size that matters, but working hard, doing the right things and offering a quality educational service leading to the successful realization of graduates.

It is not by chance that Varna University of Management is one of the few internationally recognized Bulgarian universities. In 2022/2023, both master’s programs of VUM occupy leading positions in the Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking – the master’s programme in International Hospitality and Tourism Management occupies the 14th place in the world, and the master’s degree in Business administration (MBA) of VUM is ranked 3rd in Eastern Europe.
