We are very happy to announce that Varna University of Management got a special recognition and was awarded for the successful completion of a project part of the Erasmus+ program. This is the most extensive and popular program allowing students and academics to travel, explore new cultures and exchange knowledge. It’s a great way to study in Europe in English for people from all over the world.
We got our award and certificate of excellence during the yearly Conference of Valorisation organised by the Human Resources and Development Centre (HRDC) Bulgaria. The award ceremony was held in Sofia and was led by the director of HRDC – Tatyana Kalkanova.
As part of the project (number 2015-1- BG01-KA107- 014165) of the Erasmus+ program in the academic 2015/2016, VUM welcomed 46 mobile students who wished to study in Bulgaria from countries such as Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Lebanon, Jordan and Serbia. Additionally, 16 academic and non-academic staff members of the partner universities in the listed countries, plus India and USA, visited the Varna University of Management for training and teaching.
Besides, 19 mobile students from France, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Finland, Portugal and Spain came to VUM for training and practice.
