We are happy to inform you that Varna University of Management was re-accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) for a second time. The accreditation is recognised internationally and assures the British standards of higher education are implemented in our institution.
Varna University of Management welcomed Mr Jeffery Butel and Mrs Mary Spence, representatives of the British Accreditation Council, in December last year. During their visit they met with both academic and non-academic staff at VUM. Main topics of the discussions were the courses contents, the criteria of evaluation and the career satisfaction of students and alumni.
During their visit, the BAC inspectors also had meetings with students. They also had a tour of both the Varna and Dobrich campuses of VUM, inspecting the facilities.
BAC is a respectable institution, providing quality assurance for British education. The organisation is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. BAC have overseen the inspection of private post-16 education for the past 30 years and have given their accreditation to the universities providing the highest standards of education. This is why the accreditation VUM received for Independent Further and Higher Education as an Independent Higher Education Institution is highly valued.
