For nearly a decade, the master’s programmes at Varna University of Management (VUM) have earned well-deserved recognition in some of the most prestigious international rankings.
The latest edition of the global Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking places VUM’s Master’s programme in International Tourism in 10th place worldwide, marking the first time the programme has entered the global top 10. The ranking is led by the prestigious Italian university Bocconi, while VUM’s program ranks significantly higher than those of leading American, French, and Italian universities.

The same ranking also assigns a high position to another programme at Varna University of Management – the Master of Business Administration (MBA), which this year is ranked 5th in Central and Eastern Europe, surpassing elite universities in Poland, the Czech Republic, Latvia, and Hungary. Both of these master’s programmes at the Bulgarian university are taught in English, and students study a synchronized curricula with VUM’s strategic academic partner in the UK – Cardiff Metropolitan University. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive two degrees – a Bulgarian degree from VUM and a British one from Cardiff Metropolitan, without having to travel to Cardiff for their studies.
