The summer program at VUM enables the joined students to further develop and enrich their business knowledge, skills and understandings. The course provides an ideal academic environment in which future business leaders have the opportunity to share and test their new ideas. In addition to the courses and training modules provided, students can also enjoy the lively Bulgarian Black Sea coast and summer life.
Step 1: Consult your university’s International Relations Office to find out if there is any kind of signed cooperation agreement between VUM and your home university. The procedures for applying for a visa in Bulgaria and recognition of ECTS, awarded by VUM after the successful completion of the module, may differ depending on the history of cooperation of your university with VUM.
Step 2: Submit your VUM application form.
Step 3: After receiving the VUM confirmation email, proceed with the next steps set by the VUM team to apply for a visa in Bulgaria and book your accommodation on the VUM campus in Dobrich.
To apply for the summer semester at VUM, you must complete the following steps:
Fill in the application form
Scan your international passport (identity document if you are a citizen of the European Union)
Provide proof of student status (minimum one of: Academic reference / letter of recommendation from the teaching staff / Screen for printing from the internal university system)
Send all the above documents to info@vum.bg application
VUM has rich experience in welcoming students for different Summer programmes. For the Summer University 2017 we received students from countries, such as Italy, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia. They had a great time studying and making friends here.
One of the best parts of their stay at VUM was the opportunity to make tours around Bulgaria and to visit landmarks in Varna, Burgas, Sofia, Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo, Balchik, which they recorded in a specifically created blog.
