Students of Varna University of Management now have the opportunity to apply for an ASEM-DUO Scholarship and spend one semester at our academic partner Handong Global University (HGU), Republic of Korea.

The ASEM-DUO Fellowship Programme is giving Euro 8,000 to a pair of students (4,000EURO/each) to spend a semester at a partner university. However, the scholarship is available only when both students (1 student from VUM, 1 student from HGU) are approved for the exchange by ASEM-DUO Secretariat.

The eligible candidates should have studied in VUM at least 1 year in one of the following fields of study – Management, Economics and Computer Science and Engineering. The Scholarship is available for the autumn semester of the academic 2019/2020 year (August-December 2019).

ASEM-DUO Fellowship Programme has supported exchanges of professors and students in tertiary education field between Asia and Europe under ASEM (Asia-Europe Meeting) domain. The Programme is approved in 2000 from ASEM III Summit and commenced in 2001.
