The application for the “Tourism” scholarship program, which will support two students during the summer semester of the academic year 2018/2019, started in the beginning of February. The program is supported by the “St. St. Constantine and Helena” Foundation in coperation with “Holding Varna”PLC.

The Scholarship program supports Bulgarian students who are studying in tourism specialties, have achieved excellent marks and are actively involved ininternships, projects and extracurricular activities.

Eligible to apply for the scholarship are Bulgarian citizens, studying in bachelor or master programmes in the sphere of tourism. Candidates must have achieved an average mark from the winter semester of the 2018/2019 academic year not less than 5.50.

The amount of the scholarship is BGN 1,500 received in 5 equal monthly installments. A contract is signed with the scholarship holders according to which they are obliged to work in Bulgaria for at least 3 years after their graduation.
