We are very pleased to announce that the three-year international project Simulation of Sustainable International Business (S.O.S. International Business), in which Varna University of Management (VUM) cooperates as partner, has been selected in the Erasmus+ 2021 Call for Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education.

The S.O.S. International Business partner consortium consists of partners from Slovenia (VŠR – Visoka šola za računovodstvo in finance as project leader), Bulgaria (VUM) and Croatia (RRiF – Visoka škola za financijski menadžment and IDOP– Institut za društveno odgovorno poslovanje). We will jointly develop a digital tool for simulation of sustainable international business in learning processes. The development and testing of the tool will involve lecturers and students from all higher education institutions participating in the partnership.

In addition to a digital tool with the predicted usage in higher education and business environment, we will also develop a mobile game that will allow individuals to learn the basics of sustainable international business. In parallel, we will also produce a study about the impact of digitisation on the internationalisation of small heigher education institutions. Upon completion of the project, the tool and the game will be freely available online.

We have a lot of work ahead of us, and are looking forward to it. We will keep you informed about the project and its progress through all our online channels.

The S.O.S. International Business project is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2: Cooperation Partnerships.
