For another year in a row the active work of Varna University of Management within Erasmus+ program was awarded by the National Erasmus+ Agency in Bulgaria, namely the Center for Human Resource Development
On December 6, 2018 an Erasmus+ Valorisation Conference was held in the Central Military Club in Sofia. The event was opened by Mr. Peter Nikolov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Mr. Georg Georgiev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Petyo Kanev, Executive Director of the Center for Human Resource Development.
As a tradition, at the end of each year, the Center for Human Resource Development reviews the activities of the largest European program for education, training, youth and sport – Erasmus+.
After the valorization of “Erasmus+” projects starting in 2017, the project № 2016-1-BG01-KA107-023128 of Varna University of Management obtained high evaluation and was awarded the Token for Quality. The representatives of VUM Erasmus+ Office received the certificate for a high quality implementation of a project under key activity 1 “Educational Mobility for Citizens”, Higher Education Sector: “Student and Staff Mobility between Program and Partner Countries”.
The long-term efforts and active work of VUM team ranked the University 1st worldwide for a second consecutive year in terms of student mobility according to the independent ranking system U-Multirank.
