FC Inter organized children educational sport games, aiming to use sports as a means of integration of societies. The initiative was held on April 26th, 2017 in the village of Pobeda, Dobrich region.
The organizers, in partnership with Varna University of Management, had invited current and former professional football players from the region and currently involved coaches, working primarily with children – Zhivko Boyadziev (who has played in the clubs “Dobrudzha”, “Slavia”, “Spartak”), Nedelcho Dobrev (a former player of PFC “Cherno More” and currently their coach) and Radoslav Boyanov (former coach of the football school of “Cherno More”, currently assistant coach of PFC “Dobrudzha”). They demonstrated for the children (over 60 young kids between 7 and 15 years old) training exercises and basic methods in soccer and told them interesting stories from their practice.
The organizers believe that the event managed to create added value in the development of a common capacity of the Bulgarian sporting organizations for the inclusion of young people in sports.
The event is part of the Project SCORE, which is a common initiative with 5 more partner countries.
