During the summer months, while students of the Culinary Arts Institute are undertaking their international internships, the Institute’s team remains active, transforming the campus into a space for inspiration, new flavours, and culinary experiences.

This summer, the Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management is launching a special programme of culinary events, designed for all enthusiasts of fine food and refined tastes.

The three chef instructors have prepared a diverse series of themed dinners and one-day masterclasses, inspired by some of the world’s most popular cuisines.

The programme will begin on 30 May with a masterclass dedicated to Mexican cuisine. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare iconic dishes themselves under professional guidance, and at the end of the event, they will enjoy the menu they have created, complemented by a refreshing Margarita cocktail.

The programme continues throughout June and July with three more inspiring masterclasses – Sushi, Pasta, and Paella – offering participants the chance to develop new skills and explore authentic culinary traditions.

Alongside the practical training sessions, the Institute is also organising a series of themed dinners, offering a truly memorable gastronomic experience. In June, guests will enjoy an Asian fusion dinner and an Italian summer dinner, while in July the programme includes a Spanish paella dinner and a Japanese fusion dinner.

All events are held with a limited number of participants to ensure high quality and personalised attention for each guest. Due to high demand, early reservation is strongly recommended.

Follow the Institute’s official website and social media channels, where detailed information about all upcoming events will be published soon.

Important: Upon request, culinary events such as masterclasses, catering, team-building activities, and more can also be organised outside the officially announced dates. For enquiries, please contact: info@vum.bg.
