50 Indian students from Gujarat Technical University will graduate from the Summer University of Varna University of Management

The students will celebrate with traditional Indian dances.

On July 16, at 11:00 in the lobby of VUM Campus in Dobrich, nearly 50 students from India participating in Summer University of VUM will receive their certificates of successful completion. They will be awarded by the Rector – Assoc. Prof. Todor Radev and Dr. Sarika Srivastava from Technical University of Gujarat. After the end of the formal part dressed in traditional costumes, students will demonstrate traditional Indian dances. On the other hand, children from the summer gymnasium of “Raiko Tsonchev” High School – “Patilantsi Kingdom” will congratulate the graduates with Bulgarian folk dances.

A total of 47 Masters degree students (MBAs) from Technical University of the Western Indian Region will receive certificates of successful completion of a summer business programme at VUM – International Business and Strategic Management. The programme lasted about a month. VUM has stated Summer Academy for 10 years now they have been teaching students from different parts of the world in MBA Master’s Degree (Master Business Administration).

The students had the opportunity to visit some of the largest companies in Northeastern Bulgaria, to get acquainted with the management of the organizations, the planning and the markets where they work. Additionally, the young people traveled through Bulgaria and neighboring Romania to learn about sights, life, culture and traditions. The Indian group of students was also the initiator of the International Day of Yoga marking a mass demonstration of exercises.

The event is open to all citizens wishing to attend the event of completion.
