VUM students can now take advantage of free trial access to the educational audio-visual materials from the “Academic Video Online: Premium” collection of the publisher „Alexander Street Press“.

Access is based on the IP addresses of the networks of VUM. It is not necessary for the students to enter passwords.

The collection includes more than 44 000 videos in foreign languages in fields such as: Literature, Music, Counseling Psychology and Therapy, Social and Cultural History, Medicine, Theater, Cinema and Performing Arts, Religion, Sociology and many more. The content is provided by 1500 leading distributors such as: The Open University, Broadway Theatre Archive, Annenberg Learner, BBC, NBC, Bloomberg and Filmakers Library.
